I work with adults, couples, and families as they navigate their unique journeys. My approach is grounded in a deep understanding of how we grow—not only as individuals, but also in relationship to others. This perspective helps me support clients through times when they feel stuck or at a dead end, unsure of how to move forward or reconnect with the experiences they’re longing for.

My clinical training includes diverse experiences in both educational and private practice settings, including work at Bay Area Community Resources, Marin Wellness Counseling, and Havn Collective.

A long-standing meditation practice is central to how I show up as a therapist. It helps me stay grounded, present, and open—qualities that are essential for holding a calm, empathetic space where clients feel truly seen and heard.

I currently offer online sessions to residents across California, and in-person sessions at my offices in Berkeley and Corte Madera.
