How We’ll Work Together
Growth happens when we digest, accept, and process our experiences, a process that’s happening all the time, often without our awareness. Have you ever returned from a long trip only to have someone remark that you’ve changed? Maybe you felt different, too, but couldn’t quite pinpoint why. My work deliberately mirrors this natural process, which allows you to grow more quickly and deeply. We’ll create a space to identify your issues and recognize your unique experience.
My clients find my presence engaging, validating, and understanding. This is a place where you will feel seen, energized, and able to cultivate the experiences and relationships you crave.
My approach seeks to meet your unique needs, incorporating integrative modalities that consider human nature and the natural way that we grow.
What I help With
-
Indecision often isn’t about choosing the right option, but about being caught between two things that both matter deeply to you, which can feel exhausting or painful. I support you in slowing this down and exploring what each side is asking for, so a way forward can emerge that feels more whole and true to you.
-
Depression can feel like the fire within you has gone out, leaving you disconnected from yourself, your direction, and the things that once mattered. I support you in gently reconnecting with your own experience, so the strength, clarity, and vitality that have become stuck can begin moving again in a way that feels natural and true to you.
-
Relationship struggles can leave you feeling resentful, disconnected, or like you've lost yourself in the process of caring for someone else. I help you understand both your desire to be loving and supportive and your need to honor your own feelings, wants, and boundaries, so you can create relationships that feel more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
-
When love isn’t returned or is cut short no matter the reason, it can feel disorienting and helpless, like something essential to your life and sense of self has been abruptly taken away and you cannot move forward no matter how hard you try. I support you in understanding this love not as a mistake to suppress, but as a meaningful part of your growth, so you can continue becoming who you were already becoming without abandoning what mattered about your loved one.
-
Self-criticism can make it feel like you're the problem, like no matter what you do, it's never enough and you're still not having the experiences you want. I help you understand what the criticism is trying to tell you, so you can reconnect with the important needs, values, and desires beneath it and develop a deeper sense of self-trust.
-
Feeling lost or directionless can be overwhelming, especially during major life transitions. I use a comprehensive assessment process that helps uncover your natural strengths, interests, motivations, and untapped potential. Together, we explore the different parts of who you are so you can make decisions about your future with greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of direction
Individual Therapy
I work with individuals ages 14 and up who are navigating grief, self-criticism, relationship struggles, a loss of direction, or a quiet sense that something feels off but is hard to name.
My approach goes beneath the surface to understand what is actually driving your experience, not just managing symptoms, but helping you make sense of what is happening and why. From there, we work together toward something more lasting: a deeper relationship with yourself, greater clarity, and a life that feels more like your own.
Sessions are tailored to you. I draw on a range of approaches, always guided by what fits your particular experience and goals.
Family Therapy
Family matters more than almost anything. And yet so many people carry quiet grief over a relationship with a family member that feels broken, distant, or simply not what they'd hoped for.
I work with two family members at a time, whether you're estranged, longing for more closeness, or ready to reach back out after time apart. Sessions are ninety minutes, structured for safety, and focused on helping each person feel genuinely heard and understood.
This work can deepen connections, improve communication, and break patterns that have been carried for generations.
Couples Therapy
Relationships take effort, and most couples hit stretches where communication breaks down, old patterns resurface, or the connection that once felt natural starts to feel out of reach.
I work with couples who are ready to do something about it. Whether you're navigating a specific conflict, trying to break cycles that keep pulling you back to the same painful places, or simply wanting to feel closer and more in sync with each other.
Sessions are ninety minutes, which allows enough time and space for both people to feel genuinely heard. The sessions also provide tools you can carry into your life together outside of our work.
